Who we are

Finns det någon anledning att du inte skulle få bli egenkonsult? Vi var alla anställda på större konsultbolag inom utveckling, UX, och testning, tills vi hittade det här alternativet.

Success is the sum of small efforts and together we create the opportunities to achieve more. We at Koalition are driven by a strong vision to help other specialist consultants find the right assignment and grow in their own companies. We are distinguished by the fact that our consultants do not have to be limited by internal rules and restrictions.

Instead, we believe in freedom and transparency, which is important part of the joint work. Our consultants are ambitious and have our own goals set that we work together towards. We're leaving from the agenda our consultants set for their companies and use each other's expertise to help consultants expand further.

We know that a great fit for your next assigment is key to help you grow, which is why we put so much focus in finding good assignments. On top of that, whether it's personal growth, financial growth and/or any other growth we find joy in helping each other.

We've done it before

We're a bunch of consultants who became self-employed. That's what we do and can help you do the same. That's not always the end goal though, if so, together we may get you there.

We care for each other

Starting a business, any business, you will need help. We did, and we're happy to help others! None of us are perfect, so we don't expect that, but together we're a whole lot stronger.

Time is precious

Time is the most precious thing you've got. We don't want to waste ours, therefore not yours. No demands on meetings to attend, all that is voluntarily and when you need it.
